Kanda aims to pay you within 2 working days of the job being completed. Here's how it works:
- Before a job starts your customer will pay a deposit of between 10-50% of the job value and sign a credit agreement for the balance.
- Kanda will pay you the entire amount minus any fees within 2 working days of the job being completed and the satisfaction note getting signed.
- To send a satisfaction note - a legal document your customer electronically signs to confirm they have received the goods/service - go to your dashboard and mark the job as complete.
- Your customer has 3 days to sign the satisfaction note, but 90% of them sign it within the first 24 hours.
- We'll then review the document and their survey answers before approving it.
- Kanda then makes payment to you the next Wednesday or Friday. So, if your sat note is signed on Tuesday; you'll get paid Wednesday. If it's signed on Wednesday, you'll get paid on Friday.
- If for any reason the customer isn't satisfied; they have 3 working days to provide evidence and we'll then send this back to you - to try and resolve the issue.
- If after 3 working days the customer doesn't respond; we'll ask the lender to approve the loan and send the money to Kanda; so we can pay you. This process takes 3-5 working days.
