Building a quote

You can offer your customer finance by sending them a quote using Kanda. Kanda allows you to build a quote in two ways; the first option (which is set by default) is to build a quote on Kanda like the below image.

Alternatively, you can upload a quote (pdf or image) to Kanda and set a price. Meaning if you already have a quote builder you don't need to re-write a detailed quote on Kanda to offer finance to your customer.

To enable this setting you should follow these steps:

1. Go to Company Information

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page

3. Click 'use own quotes - Upload PDFs' and hit save.

Selecting finance options

Once you've built or uploaded your quote, you'll then need to enter your customer's details (name, address, contact details).

Afterwards you can select the finance options you want to offer them. Before selecting the options you'll notice two figures

1. A 'from' price that will show the lowest possible monthly repayments your customer will be able to select

2. A 'Cost' price which shows you the subsidy fee's which will be deducted from the final payment made to you once the job is complete. If you click on the 'i' icon you'll also see a breakdown of this.

Sending your job

Once done, click next and view the summary screen. Then hit send! We'll email your customer a link to view the job. They'll also receive an SMS with a link too.

You can then track any updates to your job via the email notifications we send you and by clicking into the job on your dashboard.
