As customers are credit checked and sign a credit agreement it is not often that we are in a situation where a job has been adequately completed and the customer refuses to sign - however in those rare cases we have procedures in place to sort out the situation.

If a customer has not signed a satisfaction note and has not provided evidence that the job has not been carried out adequately we proceed with the following steps:

  1. We wait up to 3 days for a customer to accept a signed satisfaction note.
  2. You can reach out to us if a customer hasn't signed their sat note and we will reach out to get them to sign.
  3. If after 3 days we cannot get in contact with them we refer to the lender and inform them
  4. 5-day countdown begins for either the customer to sign the sat note or the lender will release the funds and we will pay you out.
